1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Load account. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Community conduct

Load exists to help people connect safely. The following are never allowed, in profiles, messages, or livestreams: nudity or sexually explicit content, harassment or hate speech, impersonation, sharing content without consent, content involving minors in any way, and soliciting money outside the app. We review reports promptly and remove violating content and accounts — you can report or block anyone directly from their profile, a conversation, or a livestream. Repeated or severe violations result in a permanent ban.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, bio, and messages you post. By posting them you grant Load a license to display that content within the app to the people you interact with (matches, other viewers of a public profile or livestream). Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

5. Loads and subscriptions

Loads are a virtual item used to tip creators during livestreams. Loads have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and purchases are final except where required by law or by Apple's/Google's own refund policies. Load Plus subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until cancelled through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

6. Creator payouts

Creators who enable Creator Mode may receive tips and cash out their available balance to a connected payout account, subject to the minimum payout amount and platform fee shown in the app at the time of cash-out.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, or from this page, which permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

8. Disclaimers

Load is provided "as is." We do not run background checks on users and cannot guarantee the conduct of anyone you meet through the app. Always meet new people in public places and trust your judgment.

9. Changes

We'll update this page if these terms change in a meaningful way. Continued use of Load after an update means you accept the revised terms.
