Trust & Safety
How Load keeps its community safe — and what to do if something goes wrong.
Report or block, anytime
Every profile, chat, and livestream has a one-tap Report or Block option. Blocking is instant and immediately stops that person from seeing your profile, messaging you, or appearing in your feeds — no report required first.
What happens when you report someone
Reports go to our team for review. We remove content and accounts that violate our guidelines, and a livestream that's reported multiple times is automatically suspended pending review, even before a human looks at it.
What's never allowed on Load
In profiles, messages, or livestreams: nudity or sexually explicit content, harassment or hate speech, impersonation, sharing content without consent, content involving minors in any way, and soliciting money outside the app. Repeated or severe violations result in a permanent ban.
18 and older, enforced at sign-up
You must be at least 18 to create a Load account. Signup checks your birthdate and blocks account creation for anyone under 18 — this isn't just a stated policy, it's a hard gate in the app itself.
No identity verification — here's why that matters
Load doesn't require ID verification to sign up. We rely on active moderation instead: fast, easy reporting and blocking, and real consequences for violations. Use the same judgment you would meeting anyone new — meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your instincts.
Payments stay off-platform
Loads (our in-app tipping currency) and subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat — Load never sees your full card details. Creator payouts go through Stripe. Anyone asking you to pay them directly, outside the app, is violating our guidelines — report them.
